2. How to place an order?

The ordering process is very simple! After finding your favourite type of mirror, just click ADD TO CART and then fill out the order form and perform the payment. In case of any problems, please contact us!
 

3. How can I pay for my order?

Paying for the order takes place via secure online payments - PayPal.
 

4. What is the time to process the order?

Shipment usually takes place on the next working day. Sending an e-mail with a confirmation of accepting the order, which takes place after receiving all the most important information and the payment, is considered as the beginning of implementing the order.
 

5. How are shipments carried out within Poland and abroad?

We carry out shipments by courier company. Delivery time depends on the country:

- Shipping in Poland takes about 1-2 working days.

- Shipping to the UK takes about 3-5 working days.

- Shipping in Europe takes about 3-5 working days.

- Shipping to the US takes about 2-3 working days.

- Shipping to other locations may take about 4-6 working days.
 

6. What is the cost of the order?

The cost of the order depends on the type as well as the size of the mirror. After selecting a mirror, the total amount of the order will appear in the cart.



Shipping costs must be added to each order.
 

7. What to do if the parcel is damaged?

If you notice any damage to the packaging when picking up the parcel from the courier, be sure to open it in the presence of the courier. If the product has also been damaged, it is necessary to immediately prepare a damage report with the courier. Then send it to info@mirrormatic.co.uk including a photo of the damage. After receiving the report, we will send you a completely new and full-value product.
 

8. How to file a complaint?

If the delivered product is not in accordance with the order - it has the wrong size, frame, material, or the order is incomplete, let us know immediately! Send an email to info@mirrormatic.co.uk including photos of the defect. After positively processing the complaint, we will send you the correct product or refund your money.

 

9. Can I return an ordered product?

The Mirrormatic.co.uk store offers 14 days to return a standard product. However, please remember that the returned product cannot be damaged or used. Include a proof of purchasing the mirror and your personal details along with the account number to which we should perform the refund. The refund will take place within 14 working days from the date of receiving the necessary information and the product.
